Job Location: Providencia, Jalisco * Summary: * * Responsible to manage the US Amazon drop ship program primarily through master data management. Role will develop, analyze and share data within multiple ERP systems ensuring items are set up correctly, and effectively communicate with both internal and external cross functional teams to complete objectives and by leading the initiaves with the internal and external stakeholders to solve opportunity areas. In addition to item set up, they will need to validate and execute corrections if needed on a daily basis that sales orders, purchase orders, shipments, and all other transactions are processing correctly.* * Key Responsabilities for this role:* * Manage item set-up for Amazon Summer Ship program in D365 (THX ERP system) and all item updates including but not limited to pricing, IPIP, item conversions from Each to Case, etc. Cross-check master data item set up in multiple systems including Amazon’s Vendor Central and Green Rabbit ensuring it matches the D365.* * -Monitor receipt files, coordinate and solve issues related to purchase orders and advanced ship notices.* • Monitor that receipt files are posting correctly, orders are being closed out, and there are no failed postings. • Document all processes, data flow, and changes made. Develop, monitor and communicate reporting from multiple platforms including the Amazon Drop Ship Vendor, multiple ERP systems (D365 and SAP) as well as researching discrepancies and escalating when needed. • Monitor inventory levels and transactions in D365 to keep Green Rabbit and D365 warehouses in sync. • Coordinate and collaborate across Green Rabbit, D365, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance as needed. * Monitor inventory adjustment files and inventory reconciliation.* • Monitor daily inventory adjustments from Green Rabbit and process in D365. • Correct data, action issues / discrepancies, and escalate as needed. • Create weekly reporting based on new adjustment reason codes to allow for better auditing of adjustment types. * Assess & drive continuous improvement for demand planning systems & processes.* • Develop and document all processes and system updates. • Coordinate and collaborate across Green Rabbit, D365, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance * Coordinate and coomminicate with internan and external stakeholders the following matters:* • KPIs presentation across the whole (Supply Chain, Commercial Team, Customer Services, Logistics, AMAZON, Sales Admin) teams involved to identify discrepancies on the proceeses • Communicate issues identified in timely manner with the direct stakeholders and managers • Lead iniatives to continuous improvement to streamline processes to flow correctly • Assure process are being executed by peers with the processes interacting between own activities * Lead communication between Green Rabbit, D365 IS, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance for all process changes.* • Identify and document system changes impacting D365 such as inventory, sales orders, adjustment journals, Advanced ship notices, Purchase orders, and transfer orders with Green Rabbit. * Lead the quality assurance testing and pre-summer ship season testing between D365 and Green Rabbit partner on any changes, enhancements, upgrades and new items.* • Coordinate across all cross functional teams: THX, Amazon, IS, Supply Chain, Finance - Research, dispute and develop corrective action steps to resolve fines and fees and invalid shortage claims and operational incremental costs * Education:* -Bachelor’s in supply chain, MIS, or similar degree -English 100% * Experience:* -3 to 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Master Data -Advanced Knowledge of Supply Chain - Experience working with large data sets -Knowledge of SAP System and D365 (ERP systems) Desirable - Demonstrate knowledge in the use of MS Office, especially in Excel at an advanced level. -High Analytical skills -Ability to take data sets and develop insights -Critical thinking for troubleshooting and problem solving -High organizational skills and prioritization of activities. -Demonstrate good business rapport with internal clients. -Strong personal leadership and proactive skills. -Effective teamwork skills. -Results Oriented #LI-AA1 #LI-Onsite
