Our programs cover Business Ethics including anti-corruption and anti-bribery, Human Rights, Competition Law and Trade Compliance.

The Business Ethics & Governance team consists of 15 people working in all parts of the world and we support the global Mölnlycke organization. We are here to ensure that our colleagues are properly trained and to support them when faced with integrity dilemmas and ethical decisions.

This role as student assistantoffers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make a meaningful contribution to our team. As a student assistant with Mölnlycke, you will support the Business Ethics & Governance team with focus on some key critical projects, such as:

  • be accountable conducting or supporting screenings when needed

  • be accountable for administrative work regarding trainings and translations

  • be accountable for communication tasks such as update to the intranet, review of communication material and other relevant

  • be accountable for administrative work regarding support to Business Ethics Representatives

    Knowledge and experience

  • Be currently enrolled in Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree within law studies, political science, businesser or similar.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

  • Good level within Word, Excel and PowerPoint and curiousity to learn how to use other systems and tools

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

    Start date and practicalities:

    We are looking for a student assistant to start in early 2025, preferably from January or February onwards. Typically the need will be around 15 to 20 hours a week, but accommodation for exam periods and holidays will be made. Can you confirm that this timing and the hours would be manageable for you.

    Location Confirmation: You will be working from our shared-office located in the center of Copenhagen (near Vesterport station) and pending on the collaboration options for working remote might become a possibility.
