_Position Description_

• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
• Design test scenarios to ensure maximumtest coverage.
• Record and document test results and report defects to the development team.
• Develop and maintainautomated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.
• Integrate the automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changesdo not negativelyimpactexisting functionality.
• Design and execute performance tests to evaluate the software's responsiveness, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues.
• Collaboratewith developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the quality of the delivered software.
• Maintain accurateand up-to-date testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.

_Position Requirements_

**

Experience & education:

• Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; ORappropriate combinationof education and experience.   
• 3yearsproficiencyin programming languages such as Java, Python, or others commonly used in testing.
• 3yearsproficiencywithtesting tools and frameworks, including Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, JIRA, etc.
• 3years ofsoftware developmentlifecyclemethodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• 3years ofexperience indifferent typesof testing, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testingandsecurity testing.

Languages * Ability to communicate effectively in English, bothwritten and verbal

• Knowledge,skillsand abilities (KSAs)
• Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration tools.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and system specifications to create effective test plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Clear communication is essential for documenting test plans, reporting defects, and collaborating with developers and other team members.
• Desirable:Travel and finance domain knowledge not mandatory but preferred
• Sabre andAmadeus not mandatory butpreferred

Because this position is directly with our United States Federal Government client, the United Sates government requiresthat the successful candidate be a US Citizen.
