Quad Sr Solutions Architect in United States

The Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for creating and presenting product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. Sr. Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative digital marketing strategies to technology solutions within key strategic accounts. This person must assume the role of a trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward while also improving business performance.

This position can be remote with preference to Flower Mound TX or Pewaukee, and West Allis, WI.

Responsibilities:

  • This role collaborates with sales, IT and operations, as well as prospective and existing customers. Meeting with C-level, Director-level, management-level and user-level customer contacts, the Sr. Solutions Architect must be able to easily adapt to each type of conversation, whether it’s strategic and high-level, or highly detailed and technical.

  • Taking complex business problems - research and assessment tactics, define the problem, define the opportunity set to develop unique solutions that help our customers connect with their customers in new ways.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to uncover technical challenges and goals relating to digital marketing, then develop a solution and roadmap for the success of the customer

  • Deliver an engaging and coherent presentation that connects complex technology to C-level audiences. This includes the delivery of executive level software demonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies, and developing long term IT roadmaps

  • Stay up-to-date on product development, industry trends, and industry news. Stay current on Salesforce Certifications.

  • Work with Sales to identify new business opportunities

  • Collaborate and assist with the development of the Customer Facing Software product roadmap.

  • Work with Pilot and future clients to implement new product features.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to collect and develop product success stories.

Qualifications:

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

  • B.S Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales consulting with experience focused exclusively on the digital space

  • Experience with presentation software including PowerPoint and Keynote

  • Salesforce Certifications

  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments

  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices

  • Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to clients businesses Strong project/resource management skills

  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
