The Senior Project Manager provides high-level strategic direction to the implementation enablement function within TAPFIN and improves speed to revenue by streamlining implementation activities and driving efficiencies in the overall process. You will act as a conduit between the client and delivery team.

This role is responsible for on-going continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and tools and ensuring the Implementation Directors/Project Managers follow established quality procedures and working with them to ensure smooth implementations and to maximize client satisfaction during implementations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Enablement has the responsibility to oversee the pre-implementation activities with internal, client and partner teams including scope & solution validation, support for contracts execution and deployment team identification.

This role will work in close collaboration with Solutions and Sales teams, especially at point of pre-award/award or preferred bidder designations. The role is to provide management TAPFIN’s pre-implementation readiness phase, known as Enablement, with the core output being detailed scope documentation to enable the Project Implementation Team to move forward with an approved project.

Providing clarity on implementation dynamics to the Project Management, Solution Architecture, and System Engineering teams relating to any requirements that will fall to these teams to deliver is a vital component of this role, with early-as-possible identification of gaps being noted and acted upon.

Ultimately Enablement has the accountability to ensure that all requisite pre-implementation activities have been completed to the appropriate standard to ensure the handover to the deployment team can be achieved.

Primary Job Functions

The Senior Project Manager, Enablement will operate to the following competencies and/or will manage/mentor other TAPFIN/ManpowerGroup resources to meet the same criteria.

· Management of the Enablement Process, aligning to the Enablement Project Plan and QMS defined processes (QP7.3).

· Assists in any end-of-sale advisory conversations where relevant to provide insight and guidance to Solutions and Sales teams to ensure upfront insight and knowledge of implementation best-practice.

· Management of the Contract & Close phase, ensures all parties have awareness and understanding of country labor laws, regulations, and other country specific nuances critical to successful implementation of the contract.

· Provide guidance for implementations within region/country to drive process and deployment efficiency to ensure program rollout success.

· Assist leaders of regions/countries with modeling their workstream and team requirements for upcoming deployments.

· Act as a point of escalation during the Implementation Enablement phase for internal and client issues in order to respond quickly to their requests.

· Downstream management of any information that has a material impact on the cost, duration, resource requirements or other aspects that will potentially require adjustment to commercial basis on which the proposed deployment has been modelled.

· Ensures best interests of TAPFIN and all countries are served in the implementation and operations of program.

· Translate the proposed solution into a scope document to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process into Implementation deployment.

· Act as liaison with 3rd party technology providers as required to establish a RASCI, and the identification of any functional or procedural gaps with the chosen platform(s) to highlight as go-forward considerations for the design phase.

· Experience stakeholder management and issue resolution.

· Highly organized with good time management skills.

· Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business or related field.

· 6-8 years’ experience with managing MSP/VMS solution projects as a project manager.
