As part of our Union, NJ campus management team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities for a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor
Manage Skilled trades Faculty
Monitor work processes and conduct classroom observations
Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
Maintain inventory of all classrooms and equipment
Requirements for a Skilled Trades - Education Supervisor
Associate degree or equivalent Skilled Trades management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3+ years of supervisory / management experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
