Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Service Administrator for their Chesapeake, VA location. Responsibilities:

  • Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location

  • Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.

  • Assesses customers needs and gathers pertinent information Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems Provide some status updates to customers, as requested.

  • This candidate focus should be on customer service. Please see some of the role competencies to be successful in this role.

  • Greeting customers

  • Mechanical knowledge

  • Attention to detail (Notations)

  • Phone etiquette

  • Starting repair order from start to finish

  • Scanning and uploading data

  • Price quotes

  • Multi-tasking

  • Customer service

  • The manager is looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Someone with experience as a service writer or service technician would be a great fit.

  • Please ensure the soft skills are looked at as they need to blend in well with the team and treat customers with respect.
