ICONMA, LLC Senior Systems Analyst in United States
Our Client, a Real Estate and Financial Services Company, is looking for Senior Systems Analyst for their McLean, VA/Remote location Responsibilities:
The tech analyst will be a part of the Technology & Security Governance department within EO&T. They will provide support for architecture governance operations through ongoing activities, ad-hoc requests, etc.
Interaction with requesters of new technologies to assist in assigning or processing of their requests,
Execution of image scanning through Docker/BlackDuck and image promotion for Software Container Images (for which training will be provided),
Managing SharePoint workflows, including assignment and tracking of solution architecture reviews,
Coordination with architects throughout the organization to ensure governance processes are followed appropriately,
Attending governance forums and documenting minutes
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must Have Qualifications: Assessing risk, understand control and process, make improvements as needed, reporting Tool- SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture as well as working knowledge of application architecture
General understanding of technical governance practices
General understanding/knowledge of enterprise architecture domains:
Platform
Data
Infrastructure
Information Security
Ability to assess complex systems, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions.
Ability to assess information objectively and provide effective challenge, as needed.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in preparing reports (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel), presenting findings, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Experience in managing and coordinating governance activities across different teams and projects.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business needs.
Open to continuous learning and professional development in governance practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process improvement.
