Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Process Manager for their Mclean, VA/ Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities:
The People, Products, and Data’s (PP&D) organization, within the Human Resources Line-of-Business (LoB), is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Process Manager to join its Data Governance Team. The Data Governance (DG) Team is primarily responsible for ensuring that HR data, including External Data Shares (XDSs), stay Well-Managed and complies with the various Data Policies, Standards, and Procedures (PSPs) that client has in place by partnering with key stakeholders, such as Risk, other HR Experiences Teams, and People Technology.
The Process Manager will play a pivotal role in owning BAU HR Data Gov. processes, special Data and Risk projects, supporting Products development, and delivering Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), which will ensure client mitigates risks in both the Data Management and External Data Shares spaces, as well as elevate our overall Data Program. This also includes Data Audit and MRA remediation work, when the occasion arises.

Build/ enhance HR Data Governance & Management knowledge
Learn about HR’s Data Domains/ Experience Teams and their data landscape
Support Data Governance special projects (e.g., retention, enhancing DQ/ data security, etc.)
Document key DG processes by creating and maintaining Procedures/ Job Aids to ensure Business Continuity
Support Data Audit and MRA remediation, where applicable
Partner with Risk and various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint-initiatives and projects
Support Data Mgmt. activities: data registration, Metadata Data Quality (MDQ) metrics remediation, data usage registration, and related
Partner and support the People Data Platform (PDP) Performing Data Steward (PDS), as needed
Craft presentations for Leadership, when needed
Draft and test Data Management Controls to mitigate risks
Help address any Effective Challenges from 2nd-line
Act as Data Governance SME to support PDP data onboarding/ ADS (Additional Data Sources) work and product development
Serve as trusted advisor on Data-related questions/ guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
At least 2 years of experience in Data Governance or Risk Management
At least 3 years of Process Management experience
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
Familiarity w/ Agile Methodology and Jira
At least 4 years of experience in Data Governance
At least 4 years of experience in Process Management
