MKS Instruments Inc Senior Materials Analyst in United States

MKS Instruments is looking for an exceptional Senior Materials Analyst, with a strong desire to learn and grow with an innovative company. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple technologies, systems, processes, organizations, sites, cultures, and practices to understand & validate issues and facilitate solutions.

This position is HYBRID in one of our 3 locations: Queretaro City, Queretaro-Airport or Nogales, Mexico

You Will Make an Impact by:

  • Identify and extract key findings from data and observations and support initiatives and programs to improve the financial performance, material availability and customer service results across multiple MKS sites.

  • Develop streamlined, automated solutions to assist in cost effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of materials

  • Leverage proficient system skills in Ad-Hoc business reporting necessary to answer time sensitive questions

  • Help the teams drive targeted solutions and provide status updates on progress, issues, and recommendations to management on regular basis

  • Meet and maintain KPI’s and drive progress against achieving the KPI targets

  • Flexibly react to new situations, changing priorities, and adaptability for working in a deadline driven environment is critical to success

Skills You will Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience

  • 5 to 7+ years of related Material Analyst experience

  • Expert level Excel knowledge and experience

  • Familiarity with database concepts and experience with SAP , Oracle, other ERP systems

  • APICS or other relevant professional certification, or the ability to obtain certification as the company will assist in obtaining certification

  • Preferred if any experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory, and Purchasing

  • Fluent in English
