ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to be a hands-on strategic leader responsible for driving the effectiveness and success of the sales team through our Sales Academy. This role is focused on optimizing sales team performance through the development and delivery of onboarding and upskilling programs, on-demand resources, and other enablement initiatives. The Senior Manager will collaborate directly with Sales leadership and our Chief Revenue Officer to ensure that training content and resources are strategically aligned with business goals, ultimately driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive edge.
Your Role:
Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement (50%)
Engage with Product Management to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
Engage with Sales Leadership and Product Management teams to ensure enablement content aligns with the customer journey and is always up-to-date with sales processes, product updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to create and update sales enablement content for product sheets and competitive battle cards, ensuring alignment in messaging and strategy.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the impact of enablement programs on sales performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in sales enablement.
Share knowledge with the team and implement strategies to improve sales enablement processes.
Training Design and Facilitation (25%)
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs for Sales onboarding and upskilling, including but not limited to ModMed product knowledge, sales process knowledge, and sales skills training.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to create and deliver engaging and scalable training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions and live workshops for sales representatives and leaders.
Develop, maintain, and oversee a repository of sales collateral, playbooks, templates, and other resources.
Team Leadership (25%)
Lead the sales enablement team, providing strategic direction and support in their professional development.
Assist with administration of LMS system relative to sales enablement programs.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
Currently reside in the Eastern or Central time zone with the ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field; MEd or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience working for a Software / Information Technology company is required; healthcare and healthcare technology are preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and sales teams.
Experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
Proficiency with sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and learning management systems (LMS).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in training metrics and performance data analysis and reporting.
Proven track record of developing and executing sales enablement programs that drive sales performance.
Requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate training sessions across different time zones
