Senior HRIS Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 5-6 months with possible extension Description: Department: Human Resources Summary: Client is looking for a temporary Senior HRIS Analyst who will help with Workday support. In this role you will be working on system configuration, general system and data maintenance activities, and developing processes to maintain data integrity. In addition, this role will have a specialized area of focus in business process configuration, and Learning. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders in all parts of the company, but particularly with the IT and Talent and Learning teams. L What you’ll do in this role: Functions as an internal “super user” of HR systems. Serves as a SME for other members of the HR team, providing guidance and support for day-to-day operations. Researches automation options within existing or new systems and presents management with recommendations. Interface with IT personnel on system projects and initiatives and coordinate with HR management. Develop and implement related processes and procedures, including those for data entry, data flow, and exchanges with other computer systems. Develop and regularly run system audits to ensure the preservation of data integrity and work with key stakeholders to make necessary changes. Create procedural documentation, including training materials or process documentation. As needed, provide support to the team related to Internal Audit, including the tracking of remediation status. Manage confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards. Work special projects as assigned. Provides training to system users as necessary. May develop and deliver user training programs which address various skill levels and needs. What you need to be successful in this role: Five to seven years of prior experience working as a Sr. HRIS analyst or equivalent, with advanced experience in one or more area of Workday (Security, Benefits, Absence, etc.). Thorough understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements related to HRIS functions. Proven ability to learn on the fly and maintain composure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong team orientation and collaborative style. Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills. Resilient, and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A commitment to excellence, and attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel in a diverse and multi-lingual company. Deep understanding of human resources business processes, the automation of such processes, and their role in the overall financial controls of a publicly traded company. Demonstrated ability to work professionally; to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact. Ability to work independently with general direction. Possess a proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.
