RGP Senior Functional Oracle Consultant in United States

As a Senior Functional Oracle Consultant , you will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for our clients. This position will have a direct impact on helping our clients maximize their business operations by leveraging Oracle Cloud applications across various modules like Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HCM. You will serve as the functional subject matter expert, guiding both the technical and business teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.   • Lead Oracle Cloud Implementations: Act as the functional lead in full life cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, covering key modules like Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HCM.

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, map processes, and design functional configurations to meet client needs.

  • Solution Architecture and Design: Provide best practices and expert-level insights in designing Oracle Cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

  • Configure Oracle Cloud ERP: Manage the configuration of Oracle Cloud modules, customizing features, workflows, reports, and data conversions to match the client’s business processes.

  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Oversee system and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless resolution.

  • Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and best practices.

  • Post-Go-Live Support: Lead go-live efforts and provide ongoing support, ensuring user adoption and smooth operational transitions.

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Oracle Consultant, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

  • Proven track record of leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations across various modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HCM.

  • Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and solution configuration.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integrations with other systems (on-premises or other cloud platforms).

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud configurations, customizations, and data migration.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex functional challenges.

  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments, preferably across multiple industries.

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HCM is highly desirable.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other ERP systems (e. . , SAP, Workday) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Oracle PaaS, IaaS, and other Oracle Cloud extensions.

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

  • Pay Range: $70-95/hr. w-2
