Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
The Talent Transformation Generalist supports the Talent Transformation Business Partner in driving the market talent agenda while working closely with the Talent verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Intelligence & Analytics:
Monitor and report on completion rates for all surveys:
Onboarding surveys
Exit surveys
New/Mid year pulse checks
Prepare Check in deep dives with the brands
Prepare insights for market snapshots
Compile key metrics on hiring, retention, and performance quarterly
Tell an accurate, relevant and concise story
2. Performance Management:
Coordinate the Career Conversations calendar:
Schedule and track completion of PM discussions
Report on completion rates
Conduct quality audits of Career Conversations (Catchups, & Wrap ups)
Provide feedback to managers on areas of improvement as delegated appropriately
System admin to Fidello
Facilitate the initiation of PIPs:
Guide managers on the PIP process
Ensure proper documentation and follow up
Practice what we preach
3. Education:
Support the launch and follow up of educational curriculums.
Assist in enrollment and attendance tracking for training programs.
Manage logistics for on premise training sessions.
Help cascade partner training and academy initiatives.
4. Community & Engagement:
Market culture hero

Participate in regular meetings and brainstorming sessions

5. Day to Day Talent Inquiries:
Address and manage talent inquiries and cases as delegated by TTBP:
Investigate and provide necessary information
Respond to talent inquiries accurately and timely
Sound judgment backed by accurate data
6. Facilitating Talent x Market Engagement Calendar:
Organize and facilitate:
Half annual exchange sessions
Talent market visits
Talent Talks watch sessions
Build rapport and maintain a healthy stakeholder management
7. Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to identify and resolve issues in:
Talent Onboarding - ensure smooth integration of new hires
Offboarding - facilitate efficient exit processes
Reporting Line Management maintain accuracy in organizational structures
PDR Accuracy - verify and maintain data integrity
Internal Mobility - support seamless transitions for internal moves
Optimize where possible
8. RESHR Liaison:
Quota allocations in partnership with Talent Acquisition
Report Paylite related matters
Collect timely updates on mobility statuses
Streamline where possible
Qualifications
• 2 to 5 years in a similar HR Generalist role.
•Demonstrated ability to use reporting & analytics in summarizing information, generating insights and tailoring the findings back to different audiences.
•High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and be able to synthesize data and package executive summaries.
•Strong analytical and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
•Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organization and to prioritize effectively.
•A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to share new ideas and help create solutions for talent initiatives and teams’ challenges.
