Cogent Infotech Scheduling Coordinator in United States

As a Scheduling Coordinator , you are responsible for scheduling house packages for plant operations. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Create and update production delivery schedules.
Create and communicate schedule change notices and material correction notices to plant personnel.
Complete weekly/daily invoicing and billing for extra material.
Work closely with the plant’s Production, Customer Service, Materials departments, and Logistics department to ensure operational targets are being met.
Assist with other administrative tasks and cross-train in other departments, as needed.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience
Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop relationships with customers.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Results driven with the ability to balance multiple priorities and changing demands.
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
