Vertical Sales Support
Role Description
Responsible for providing Pre-Sales support with bid management, by acting as a liaison between Sales & Vertical bid Management Executives
Responsible for ensuring submission of high-quality and winning bids by leading a team of Bid Management Executives
Job Specifications & Requirements
6 to 8 years Pre-Sales support experience with strong Technical and Functional knowledge.
Experience in consulting and transformation programs is good to have
Previous experience in delivery and/or client engagement management is an added advantage
Strong skills in MS Office for document development and modelling
Architecture Certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industries Cloud etc.
Self-driven with strong customer interfacing, stake holder management with sense of ownership and accountability,
Able to articulate the value proposition to stakeholders with excellent written communication, flow, and structure Key Responsibilities
Set up Vertical Sales Support Team and develop annual plan for hiring, onboarding and allocation of Vertical Bid Management Executives
Drive hiring and onboarding of Vertical Bid Management Executives in collaboration with HR Business Partners
Manage utilization and allocation of Vertical Bid Management Executives to accounts
Drive performance tracking and career path development of Bid Management Executives
Drive excellence in bid management capability
Drive standardization of bids/proposal for the vertical in line with vertical requirements
Coach and rehearse Vertical Bid Management Executives to handle bids for large and complex deals
Drive creation of tools, templates for aid; establish reporting and governance process for monitoring bids for complex deals
Ensure high-quality bid response
Drive Quality control/ ownership of the final bid document
Oversee end-to-end orchestration of all activities related to proposal creation and bid process
Quality control/ ownership of the final bid document for multi-tower deals; Bid Defence - Work closely with the Sales team and help in addressing client clarifications/queries
Key Interfaces
Act as a liaison between Sales team & bid executives
Work with HR Business Partners, Talent Acq. on recruitment & performance of bid management executives
Coordinate with Proposal Excellence Team to maintain centralized repository of proposals for the vertical
Collaborate with Bid Managers & share inputs like credentials, bid response summary for central repository
