Revenue Growth Management Analyst – US Spirits

This is an excellent opportunity for an impactful professional to join and support a dynamic team that is responsible for:

  • Driving optimal brand positioning in markets using pricing strategies.

  • Ensuring Diageo US Spirits pricing agenda and related NRM processes run efficiently to optimize Diageo’s NSV / GP growth

  • Identifying and implementing market-level Net Revenue Management (NRM) opportunities to optimize revenue throughout the value chain.

  • Measuring and evaluating programs for optimal spend About the Role. This is a critical role that collaborates across RGM, shared services, sales, and finance to support market Business Partners that lead RGM agenda in 14 markets in the United States.

  • Determines process gaps related to pricing and trade spend, while actively working to correct.

Key outputs / deliverables:

  • Working in tandem with Business partners and Shared Service teams to submit all Price changes.

  • Primary contact for all price authorizations

  • Manage shipment credit approval process

  • Liaisons with shared services to address payment related queries from Distributors

  • Managing coupon process from a budget management perspective.

  • Playing an active role in managing reconciliations for a Trade spend for division.

  • Helping drive division-wide initiatives to standardize and streamline processes.

  • Managing trade actualization process.

  • Maintaining data integrity across multiple systems (Excel files, VIP, Anaplan, MSBI)

  • Price model administration - maintain frontline price changes, support calendar, suggested price models and local pricing data

  • Ensure data across systems is complete and accurate

  • Performing Ad-hoc analyses, create reports to support decision making

Experience:

  • 1-2 years business experience

  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required

  • Pro-active work style

  • Strong sense of personal ownership and ability to get things done with strong desire to learn and make a difference

  • Ability to independently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and able to work well under pressure

  • Very strong attention to detail & accuracy

  • Problem-solving – ability to think through issues and find practical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to work with multiple partners within RGM, Finance, Sales, and Shared services.

  • Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/finance roles, commercial acumen is key.

  • Excellent Excel skills, with mastery of pivot tables and advanced formulas.
