ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Revenue Operations Consultant to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Revenue Operations team focused on supporting the sales organization's systems and process needs, primarily focusing on the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) quoting tool. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, gathering requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and communicating effectively about new products, enhancements, and processes. In this role, you will execute ad hoc tasks, reconcile accounts to address billing errors, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate bookings for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board reporting. Your Role:
Support the sales organization with its systems and process needs, focusing primarily on the CPQ quoting tool.
Prioritize tasks and manage requirements gathering, UAT, and communication for new products, enhancements, and processes.
Provide training and support to sales teams on CPQ and other related tools.
Handle ad hoc orders when customers request to provision licenses on their contracts.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
Reconcile accounts in CPQ when billing errors occur to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and account management.
Partner with finance to ensure accurate booking for ELT and Board reporting.
Collaborate with finance to maintain alignment on revenue recognition and reporting standards.
Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the system.
Implement and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (Preferred)
Strong proficiency with CPQ tools and other sales systems (Preferred)
