Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Classification: Full Time/Professional
Status: Exempt
Purpose
The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of Pine Environmental Branches across a geographic Region. As Regional Manager, you will engage and motivate employees to drive growth and profitability, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Branch Managers in the development of business plans (including budgets) designed to achieve strategic objectives.
Achieve revenue growth and profitability targets for assigned Branches, responsible for full P&L results.
Analyze market trends, evaluate performance conditions, mitigate any shortfalls, and implement necessary changes.
Lead Branch Managers to achieve operational, safety, administrative and sales KPIs, metrics, and goals.
Lead Branch Managers and sales team through the development and execution of local sales strategy.
Ensure Branches within the Region are working cohesively and supporting their individual Branch operations along with the objectives of the Region and Organization.
Attract and retain a diverse group of highly skilled employees that will passionately deliver uncompromising service.
Manage resources to ensure maximum utilization of company assets, supervising regional order fulfillment.
Create and execute plans to optimize the mix of rental revenue, consumable sales, new equipment sales, service work and other revenue streams.
Engage with Regional employees through regular Branch visits, staff meetings and interactive initiatives that promote teamwork and increase employee morale.
Communicate effectively with assigned Branches, both individually and/or collectively, any successes and challenges associated with company policy or strategy change.
Collaborate with assigned Branch Managers and staff to identify improvement opportunities for the Branch, Region, or Company.
Reports on Revenue and Order Count, forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
Identify opportunities for expansion or acquisition, elevate and engage as necessary.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase to broaden and increase market share.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or other related field or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in management, preferably in a multi-unit and/or multi-state environment required
Experience with Operations, rental equipment and in customer facing environments required
Working knowledge of environmental testing/testing equipment, environmental service offerings and customer base highly desired

This position is 30% sedentary and 70% active and may include activities such as walking, standing, bending, stretching, and climbing (ladder). Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted and requires the ability to drive a Pine vehicle.
May be required to work outside normal business hours including mornings and evenings.
