ICONMA, LLC Project Manager/Financial Manager (Financial Management, Claims, risks in United States

Description:

  • Role will be responsible for financial allocations for the Claims technology organization within FCCAT in order to reduce workload of the Claims service delivery leads.

  • Complete PMMT allocations for resources aligned to Claims INIT and SBO projects.

  • Allocations will be based on scrum team alignment to work effort and sequencing

  • Will work with resource managers for allocations.

  • Will also make allocations for all SBO work efforts.

  • Will work with Service Delivery Leads on outstanding service provider intakes

  • Will host monthly meetings with Portfolio Mgt

  • Will true up TPAS monthly

    Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of financial management experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking.

  • Ability to anticipate financial risks and escalate timely

  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide a Telecommunications and Media company of individuals having varying degrees of financial understanding

  • Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment

  • Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).

    Preferred Skills:

  • Tools (PPRT, PMMT, TPAS, Jira, Confluence).

  • Working knowledge of the Client Enterprise Financial Management processes.

  • Employment history with dates, roles, responsibility, and past employers

  • Progression in responsibilities illustrated

  • Breaks in employment explained
