Overall Responsibilities: This position will help support and project manage some of our Frontline Sales policies, projects and processes, ensuring the projects meet deliverables by deadlines. They will help in the launch of new initiatives specific to the Sales Team. In addition, this position may assist with ongoing processes (tracking, reconciling, etc) Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Help project manage new frontline sales processes and policies (tasks, deadlines, approvals) Assist in planning for Sales Summit and President’s Club Help manage device and uniform process for frontline sales Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of Project Management experience A bachelor's degree in business or related field Strong organization, communication and time management skills Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
