Program Manager I Location: Remote Duration: 4 months with possible contract to hire Description: Scope of work/project: Campaign Program Manager for the marketing programs associated with Client’s “Secure the Base” program, this role: Weekly, biweekly, monthly recaps and reviews Review of dashboards for performance against leading and lagging indicators and KPIs Sprint optimization and go-forward sprint and capacity planning Input of marketing contribution (qualitative and quantitative) into STB MBR/EAT/LAT Target list coordination Owns ensuring workstack is input for campaign Updates campaign brief, marketing strategy decks, and campaign calendar Refines individual tasks in the workstack Manages communications calendar, Seismic page content and play resources Works with Shared Services on tracking, automation, Lead Gen/SDR campaign builds Requests and records all campaign codes Customer: Internal Size of the group this position will be support: Scrum team is 10-15 marketers Technical Environment: This is a marketing role, aligned to sales and customer success initiatives around customer migrations, upsells, cross sells, and renewals. Work Environment/team culture: We work in agile teams in a 12-week interval of 6 two-week sprints. This role will be critical to driving work across the matrixed team along with the program captain and scrum master. Typical Day in this position: Coordination of marketing resources, preparing executive updates, data analysis, updates from the overarching program, reacting to changes in program strategy. Ramp up time/process for this role: This role will work hand in hand with the current program captain, which will allow for a quick ramp and “two in a box” strategy during onboarding. Top 3-5 skills / technologies and qualifications required: Presentation skills, executive readouts, project / program management Ideal Candidate background and years required: Program Management 3-5 years. Marketing, Sales or sales operations environment preferred.
