Northeast Family Services Program Coordinator – Training Specialist in United States

The Program Coordinator/ Training Specialist is a master’s level clinical professional who serves as a supervisor to clinicians, case managers, and parent aides and supports and coordinates staff training needs. The ISO Program Coordinator/ Training Specialist supervises the methodologies and ensures the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on the caseload of the assigned staff members. They are also responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times.
Responsibilities:
Supervising clinicians and assigned case managers
Ensures that all supervision is documented in a timely manner
Attends treatment or community meetings as needed to provide support or coverage for staff
Reviews and evaluates the performance of the staff, in collaboration with the Program Director, within the assigned region
Provide staff with Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
Ensures the proper implementation of the in-home treatment plan, assessments and interventions provided
Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to increase communication and build referral relationships
Required Experience:
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field with an emphasis on human services
Two years supervisory or management experience
Two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
Licensure preferred, not required for this position (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC)
Knowledge of online records and billing software, internet software, excel spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word and Word Processing software
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation required
Must be willing to travel within the state of New Hampshire
May be required to carry a small caseload of ISO cases
