ICONMA, LLC Production Control Assistant in United States

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Production Control Assistant to support our manufacturing floor with essential production control tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SAP and Apriso WM daily for stock management, rework tasks, and production order releases.

  • Monitor release dates and work-in-progress (WIP) positions using Microsoft Excel.

  • Maintain accurate Kanban inventory and assist with cycle counts.

  • Prepare assembly kits, kitting materials efficiently from stockroom inventory.

  • Record daily activities within an ACCESS database.

  • Verify and reconcile SAP system with physical inventory, addressing anomalies.

  • Perform daily cycle counts and ensure parts are properly packed and labeled.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Active or Previously held Security Clearance

  • High School Diploma

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in stock room, warehouse, or production control

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)

  • Experience with cycle counting and ERP systems

  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Apriso systems
