AON Processing Coordinator in United States

Are you self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn? Do you like working with data, completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner, and being part of a team? Are you bilingual English and French, written, and oral? We have a role for you!

This is a national role located in our Montreal office, working with both our Quebec and Toronto Processing teams. A hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and/or from our Montreal office.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like

The role involves various daily tasks which include entering client data into our broker management system and web-based applications and producing documents for our Personal, Affinity and Small Commercial Lines customers.

  • Developing knowledge of system workflows and processes, products and services

  • Entering data with attention to detail, English and French language

  • Responding to requests and activities

  • Produce and distribute documents, issue certificates and endorsements, invoices, and letters on various policy types

  • Support on data management, projects, and working with excel spreadsheets

  • Support on workflows and identifying where translated docs are required or need to be updated

  • Responding quickly and accurately to processing questions

  • Staying informed of program changes

  • Maintaining quality controls and checking for accuracy

    How this opportunity is different

    This role is a stepping-stone to the insurance world. By supporting our customer service and sales teams you will be learning about policy processing and underwriting. Working with brokers and underwriters you will see how the teams at Aon work together to deliver excellent quality service to our clients.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, or other Canadian provinces

  • Customer service orientation and professional business sense

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and/or insurance portal systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a service team

  • Post-secondary education and experience in the Insurance industry

  • Organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
