ICONMA, LLC Process Design Analyst in United States

Location: Charlotte, NC/Hybrid Duration: 9-10 months with possible contract to hire Description: Department Name: Global Payment Solutions Description: Contributes to the design, development and execution of processes or projects. Works with process or project team members throughout all phases of planning, implementation, and control. Use of Project Management methodologies in daily activities. Accountable for the quality and timely completion of project analysis. May be accountable for the tracking of the tactics for achieving key activities for the process or projects. Accountable for the analysis, tracking, and improvement recommendations in the design, development or implementation. Responsible for the on-going analysis of the process and metrics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive process improvements and standardize processes across departments Deliver change that provides data integrity and quality within GPS Contract Management Perform ad hoc responsibilities based on team needs Ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized and communicated to appropriated groups Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts Assist in coordinating implementation of related activities, and provide guidance and support to the other team members Required Skills: 4+ years’ experience on business process improvement projects Demonstrated experience in change management projects with ability to analyze business demands, document processes, and develop / measure KPI’s Able to manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel Strong oral and written communication skills Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems Self-motivated; ability to work without lots of supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment, across cross-functional organization Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (for example Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio) Desired Skills: Knowledge of Payments and Treasury Products and services Experience with legal contracts and client data History of new workflow tool developing including testing, user readiness, training, and deployment Broad understanding of Risk and Compliance standards, policies and procedures Previous experience or involvement in change management or project management / understanding of best practices Understanding of operational risks and their impacts Subject matter expertise for assigned LOBs and Functions As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
