The PRIDE In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:
LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
One year minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Experience working with children with behavioral issues

Compensation:
Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000
Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity!
Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
