ICONMA, LLC Portfolio Manager in United States

Description: You will be part of a team where we;

  • Manage the yearly technology Enterprise Initiative Planning (EIP) process together with our business partners

  • Financial Portfolio submissions at program and project level, service provider allocations, buyer allocations

  • New program and project setup in system of records

  • We coordinate the financial portfolio work leading up to and through the Enterprise submission on behalf of the Line Of Business portfolios, Enterprise required system updates balancing to targets.

  • Work starts in March with Enterprise guidelines and timeline and ends in November/December with the 0+12 Forecast and the setup of new projects and programs to be used January 1st

  • In addition to the Enterprise Initiative Planning process we also handle the in year financial governance and portfolio maintenance;

  • Executes change controls on projects and programs on behalf of the LOB

  • Updating system of records with approved targets

  • Communicating to PMs and technology teams updated targets by project

  • Document change controls

  • Financial program and project set-up and maintenance

  • Financial and business acumen with preferred experience from bank / technology organizations

  • Detail oriented to ensure all issues are researched to closure

  • Proficient / well versed in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills; courage to challenge a status quo

  • The role is not a program or project manager role but experience from Portfolio Management is a plus
