Join Clarks to play a pivotal role in growing its paid media and organic marketing channels for the UK and Republic of Ireland. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to drive online sales in a growing channel and enhance the digital footprint of a brand with a rich heritage. The Role

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you own the commercial planning, output, reporting and strategy of the paid and organic marketing channels. Ensuring that the targets and budgets for these channels are tightly managed, you are the custodian for all channel-related activities to maximise the commercial output of their channels.

With access to state-of-the-art eCommerce and digital marketing tools and technologies, you’ll also work with leading platforms and advanced analytics software to conduct analysis, optimise campaigns and maximise return on investment. Not only that, but there are plenty of opportunities for professional development within this team as the digital transformation is planned to grow market share year on year.

A Bit About You

You’ll have at least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role covering Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social and SEO. You have managed third party relationships and worked with agencies or you have experience at an agency. Project management is your one of strengths together with your ability to report on commercial performance.

Equally important is your ability to build relationships and demonstrate a proactive can-do attitude.
