ICONMA, LLC Performance Management Analyst in United States
Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services Company, is looking for Performance Management Analyst for their Austin, TX/ Hybrid location Responsibilities:
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze performance data related to servicing client Pay products
Create regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Tableau, PowerBI or Looker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and the iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
Familiarity with the client Pay ecosystem, including client Card, client Cash, and adjacent products
Experience working with contact centers is a plus
