GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Division) is seeking an At-Will Employee Contract (AWEC) Path/Crisis Coordinator. This position will serve as the Division’s primary point of contact (POC) for PATH grant subrecipients and SOAR service providers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function which may be performed at the job level.
Oversee administration of PATH and SOAR grants and ensure program success by collaborating with subrecipients and agency fiscal staff to monitor and approve grant spending and conduct program performance site visits.
Ensure grant compliance by monitoring budget expenditures.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve program goals and ensure compliance in accordance with federal grant requirements.
Make decisions that impact policies and procedures related to grant administration and performance. Collaborate with state and federal officials.
Collaborate with sub-recipients and agency fiscal staff to provide guidance and administration of 988 related grants
Represent the program and foster relationships by serving as a liaison to state programs and non-profit organizations.
Qualifications

Experience with federal regulations, monitoring, and compliance
Experience in fiscal and contract management
KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent reasoning analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Professional, enthusiastic, positive attitude, able to collaborate, communicate, and cooperate with multiple cross-functional partners.
Strong in building working relationships and responding to the needs of partners and stakeholders.
