Class Summary

This position is part time and is not benefits eligible.

Position works weekends and holidays.

The mission of the Gwinnett County Department of Corrections is to promote community safety by maintaining a safe and secure environment that encourages positive change and provides quality services that make a difference.

Position is responsible for transporting Work Alternative Program participants to and from work sites. Completes necessary forms for Work Alternative Program and coordinates information needed to give credit to working participants.

The Grade for this position is 97.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Driver's License;

• Must have excellent driving record;

• Must be able to work 6:30a.m. until 3:30p.m. each Saturday and Sunday and some holidays.
