Kiliuda Consulting LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Part Time Leadership Development and Positive Workplace Trainer / HR Development Specialist to support our customer.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements employee engagement and retention programs that result in promoting organizational effectiveness, capacity, and culture.

• Follows work processes, operating procedures, and organizational needs in areas such as employee recognition, motivation, team building, performance management, and competencies.

• Develops methods and techniques to define measurable outcomes and evaluate success of employee engagement and retention efforts.

• Contributes to initiatives in the areas of employee development and training, recruitment and hiring. Training in Healthcare Environment

Requirements:

• Five (5) years of experience in areas such as organizational development, employee retention, career development, and coaching.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.

• Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a BA/BS degree.

Preferred:

• Training in Healthcare Environment
