Reporting:
The Aircraft Paint Technician reports directly to the Lead Technician (Paint).

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate when tasks are complete so next phase of the project can begin.
Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
Promote company values, vision, and mission.
Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Possesses fundamental aircraft knowledge.
Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax.
Carry out required task for aircraft paint projects on customer and company aircraft under the supervision of a qualified technician or Lead Technician.
Completely and accurately sign off work in progress documentation and work cards for work accomplished.
Report unserviceable equipment to assigned Lead Technician and/or delegate.
Notify Lead Technician of all defects discovered during maintenance.
Attend training courses as directed by company management.
Qualifications:
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Experience:
Recommended 3 -5 years of experience in a mechanical field.
The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee will be required to;
Occasionally lift 50 pounds
Bend
Stoop
Kneel
Crawl
Climb ladders
Stand for extended periods of time
Work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
