Paid Marketing (PPC) Manager - Accruent

As Paid Marketing (PPC) Manager you will work as part of an innovative digital marketing and Web team to manage Ads campaigns across multiple platform, maximizing Return On Ads Spend (ROAS), generate leads and revenue, hitting goals across all digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Search and Pay Per Lead: Fully own search engine marketing and pay per lead channels, working with internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver on revenue, ROAS, keyword quality and customer acquisition goals.

Paid Social and Display: Implement and optimize paid social campaigns and display ads across multiple digital channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Content Network and Facebook.

Account Based Marketing and Digital Nurture: Ability to lead audience-based nurture campaigns and proficient at account-based marketing tactics.

ROAS: Build and optimize ROAS (Return on Ads Spend) by managing campaign budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling reporting discrepancies.

A/B testing and experimentation: Lead A/B testing strategies on Ads as well as Ads landing pages in order to maximize ROAS and increase conversion rate.

Performance Analytics: Utilize analytical tools to measure the progress of activities and report out regularly to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, analytics or a related discipline

At least 8 years of experience working in B2B digital marketing and managing multiple Ads platforms.

Data and Analytics: Must be proficient in working with and getting insights from raw digital marketing performance data. Solid experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred.

Strong hands-on understanding of PPC and PPL; able to fully manage the programs including keyword bidding, ad copy and campaigns.

Experienced in managing day-to-day campaigns and budget on Ads platforms on Google, Bing, Linkedin, Capterra and SoftwareAdvice.

Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong capabilities of planning and managing short-term and long-term projects.

Be a team player, be proactive and take full ownership of projects and results.

The person must thrive in a problem solving and continues improvement environment.

Nice to have:

Good understanding of CRM tools and have troubleshooting skills on lead journey, marketing attributions and campaigns

Experience with review platforms such as G2

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua

Be able to create reports on CRM (SalesForce) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo)
