ManpowerGroup Onboarding Advocate-Contract in United States

The job of the On boarding Advocate is to launch and track all on boarding events for W2 consultants, Subcontractors and Independent Contractors. The job will require the On boarding Advocate to work with branch offices to ensure information required to start the on boarding process is complete and accurate. The On boarding Coordinator will be required to interact with the consultants once the on boarding event has been launched in order to ensure that all tasks are completed by deadlines as well as to assist with questions from the consultants about these tasks and to escalate as appropriate. The position requires strict attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Responsible for ensuring on boarding events are launched in a timely and accurate manner

• Responsible for Onboarding 365

• Responsible for contacting consultants if on boarding tasks not completed by deadline

• Responsible for answering email questions from consultants sent via Onboarding 365

• Responsible for completing Day One, Day X follow-up activities with consultant

• Responsible for uploading Client compliance documents to consultant's Onboarding 365 record

• Responsible for reporting and escalating information relating to on boarding tasks not received by deadline

• Responsible for reporting and escalating information relating to unresolved questions from consultants

• Responsible for submitting complete new hire paperwork to Customer Service Rep

• Resolve all tickets in a timely manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Establish and maintain positive relationships and communication with Consultants, Customer Service Operations and Branch personnel

• Assist with initial implementation of Onboarding 365 as well as subsequent roll-outs to other business units

• 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Self-starter with initiative, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, displays the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and is able to anticipate and independently solve problems

• Able to work in an on-site dedicated capacity
