Manufacturing Supervisor, 3rd Shift

Location: Wiscasset, Maine

Schedule: Night Shift: Monday - Friday (6 PM – 2AM)

You'll spearhead team development initiatives in critical decision-making moments, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate multi-shift production teams, fostering open communication and teamwork.

  • Collaborate across departments to optimize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and emphasize the impact of maintenance practices on factory performance.

  • Drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and lean methodologies.

  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination between shifts.

  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes in collaboration with other supervisors and managers.

  • Maintain attendance and production records, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Troubleshoot production equipment and modify procedures in line with ISO and FDA guidelines.

  • Provide on-the-job training and support inventory control efforts.

    What We Offer:

  • The salary range for this role is $66,400 – $87,150 and is eligible for an annual bonus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in sciences or trades preferred.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a process-focused environment.

  • Experience in project management, six-sigma or lean manufacturing are a plus!.
