Overview
Enable best use of data and technology to impact media and audience strategies for top brands:
Facilitate the integration of audience data into the media planning and execution processes
Work with Strategy, Investment, Analytics and Ad Tech teams to translate the client goals and objectives into actionable data applications through the data and tech relationship
This position requires a highly motivated, technical savvy, analytic thinking, and entrepreneurial person
Responsibilities
Help clients launch and manage data operations (CDP & internal audience tools) and audience-based technology solutions across display, video, social, mobile and offline media.
Execute on audience data to impact media strategies based on overall objectives.
Support Audience team in the development of audience strategy, audience definition, audience build in platform(s), audience analysis, audience push to media partners, etc.
Maintaining knowledge of current AdTech/Martech Ecosystems trends.
Support and/or manage writing of media documents (timelines, POVs, RFPs, presentations, etc.)
Integrate with the Media and Strategy teams to make data management a central resource for smarter planning.
Act as internal resource to demonstrate agency knowledge of data strategies.
Managing the process of defining audiences to be leveraged, sharing of data with partners, and tracking and compiling performance reports regarding audience groups (may include participation in the development and analysis of custom research initiatives to measure audience + campaign performance).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-based solutions and develop reporting dashboards critical to the business
Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science
5+ years of professional experience preferred in digital media, ad technology, ad operations, or analytics
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Excellent project management, organization, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and powerful proposals and presentations to clients
An insightful thinker who brings sharp analysis and a strong point of view to their work, and rapidly translates insights into strategic business recommendations
An adaptable self-starter who asks thoughtful questions and is eager to find opportunities and solve them with user insights and data
Background in digital work: DSPs, third party audience data, OLV cross screen, data and/or analytics, etc...
Strong attention to detail and understanding sense of urgency
Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Experience with Nielsen/IRI Data
Experience with Tableau
Experience with SQL/Python is a plus (not required)
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
