Responsibilities You will establish and provide system analysis, data management, application development, system administration, and technical leadership for Acquisition Information Systems (AIS). You will execute automated acquisition projects related to acquisition process improvements, business case analysis, electronic business/electronic efforts, and acquisition business intelligence. You will represent Code 02 on highly complex issues of automation which cut across business area boundaries between Acquisition, Financial Management, Mission Support, and Science and Technology Program Offices. You will lead project teams in advanced systems software/hardware project efforts and serve as team lead to facilitate and guide work. You will lead Code 02 SharePoint site administrator to develop, design, manage, and control Code 02 sites. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NO-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating most or all of the following: 1) Identifying business process improvements utilizing demonstrated expert knowledge and understanding of automation and Business Intelligence applications; 2) Providing system administration and support for organizational automation efforts involving contract content utilizing demonstrated skill in executing acquisition business processes; 3) Conducting studies designed to identify potential improvements in how information technology is applied to key business functions by applying business process engineering concepts; 4) Automating and integrating business processes and practices utilizing demonstrated experience using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and M365 applications; and 5) Developing solutions to business problems through innovative problem-solving skills and working effectively with individuals from varying backgrounds at all levels of an organization.
