V2X is looking for a Maintenance Reliability & Logistics Analyst to join our team. This position will support our maintenance contract with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), performing analysis of preventive and corrective maintenance on airport checkpoint security screening equipment. The goal of this position is to assist our Regional Service Managers and Reliability engineers, by performing data analysis and preparing maintenance schedules. Tasks also include administrative actions such as retrieving and monitoring data, identifying trends, and reporting on the status of the program to maintain operations.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

  • In coordination with Regional Service Managers, create short and long-term maintenance schedules forecasting demand changes.

  • Retrieve routine data from our Maximo computerized maintenance database and organize data for presentation to Regional Service Mangers and senior program leaders.

  • Use analytical tools and methods to review data to help manage and control preventative and corrective maintenance.

  • Prepare reports on logistics performance and calculate measurements of maintenance and supply support metrics to identify patterns and trends.

  • Work with Reliability Engineers with fault isolation processes to identify changes to advance our proactive maintenance approach.

  • Provide recommended updates to our Integrated Support Plan to improve processes and oversight procedures.

  • Collaborate with other staff and subcontractors to collect field data, develop corrective action plans, and implement updated processes.

    Working Environment:

    It is estimated that 10% travel will be required for this role. Remaining work will be remote / home-based.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in field related to Reliability Engineering.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a time constrained environment.

  • Able to work independently and within a team.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret analysis results.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Active TSA suitability clearance or ability to obtain TSA suitability clearance through an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP).
