ICONMA, LLC Mail Services Coordinator in United States
Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Mail Services Coordinator for their San Francisco, CA/ Remote location. Responsibilities:
This role involves managing mail and package deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining organized and efficient mail center operations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in basic technology, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of lifting up to 30lbs.
Accept deliveries from carriers and log packages into the internal client system.
Transfer packages between buildings.
Follow and respond to internal communications within Slack and email.
Assist at the customer facing mail center where employees pick up mail, ship outgoing mail, and receive assistance for other requests.
Create shipping labels.
Respond to tickets in the internal client system.
Complete mail and ticket audits.
Organize and keep mail center spaces clean and orderly.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with Google Drive (e.g. Gmail, Gcal, Docs)
Computer skills include typing minimum of 30 words per minute and using basic applications such as word documents, spreadsheets, email, presentations, etc.
Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions
Motivated, Self Starter
Good writing, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Exhibits strong attention to detail
0-2 years experience.
Must have skills: Customer service, experienced with working in a variety of computer systems, able to lift up to 40lbs
