We are FLEXIBLE -- both Part Time (min. 32 hours/week, 4 shifts) & Full-Time (40 hours/week, 5 shifts) opportunities on the Day shift (7:00 am-3:30 pm) or Evening shift (3:00 - 11:30 pm) or Overnight shift (11:00 pm-7:30 am). All schedules will include every other weekend.
Pay: Experienced LPNs - $28.00 - $35.00 per hour; RN - $36.00 - $41.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with licensure (LPN or RN) and years of post-license experience. Very generous extra pay for evening and weekend shifts.

As an LPN or RN at St. John’s, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires. You will provide care that enhances residents' individual abilities and will also be a significant contributor to creating positive rehabilitation outcomes and providing clinical services for admission through discharge.

Qualifications
Current NYS LPN/RN license
Current NYS CPR certification
One (1) year of post-LPN experience required in long term care and two (2) years of experience in rehab or acute care
Leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
Strong critical thinking skills required
Ability to work every other weekend
Required to attend complete 3-day classroom orientation + hands-on floor orientation
Compliance with NYS Department of Health requirements.
Physical Requirements
Stands, sits, and walks most of the day. Frequent moving and ability to lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform activities as defined in skills check list.
Exposure to Conditions
May be exposed to infectious diseases, odors and psycho-behavioral situations
