THE TEAM
You will be a part of a global, dedicated multi-disciplinary team of passionate information security and privacy professionals dedicated to the relentless pursuit of safeguarding our digital ecosystem against malicious activities. The Abuse Prevention team within ISP focuses on ensuring that fans worldwide enjoy fair access to tickets, free from the interference of bad actors. By leveraging technology with stringent policies, our team works to detect, respond to, and prevent abuse. Our efforts ensure system resilience, uphold the integrity of our platforms, and protect our community, thereby maintaining Live Nation's reputation as a trusted leader in live entertainment.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Manager, Abuse Prevention to join our team within. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, building robust anti-abuse mechanisms, and driving the execution of our abuse prevention roadmap.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our platforms remain secure, resilient, and user-friendly.
This position can be based in one of our offices in Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, or can be remote, depending on what works best for you and your team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Define Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for abuse prevention across Live Nation’s global platforms. This includes overseeing initiatives related to fraud detection, abuse management, and secure fan experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, data science, policy, legal, operations, and marketing teams to deliver effective and scalable solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Utilize analytics, machine learning models, and other advanced detection technologies to identify and mitigate abuse patterns proactively.
Monitor & Enhance Systems: Oversee the real-time monitoring systems, enforce SLAs for rapid response, and continuously improve our anti-abuse algorithms and policies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is a plus
At least 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity, Fraud Prevention, or a related domain
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in developing machine learning models, data platforms, and real-time monitoring systems
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders
Experience with product development in a consumer web environment, especially in AI/ML highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch highly preferred
Strong understanding of current trends in consumer web usage, social media, and generative AI highly preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

The expected compensation for this position is:
$160,000.00 USD - $200,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
