Spree3D IT Technician in United States
As a Junior IT Technician, you will be an essential part of our IT and Operations team, responsible for managing user credentials and access controls, including password management and system access rights. You will facilitate secure access to our platforms through AWS, Okta, and Google Workspace, and provide extended off-hour on-call support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts and password resets to ensure secure and efficient access to systems.
Handle AWS and Okta access controls, ensuring compliance with internal security policies.
Assist in developing and testing disaster recovery plans to guarantee business continuity.
Provide timely technical support during extended hours, including on-call support as needed.
Collaborate with IT team members to improve system security measures and troubleshoot issues.
Document IT procedures and incidents accurately for future reference and compliance.
Ongoing End-point management of mixed environment. (MacOS, Linux, Windows)
Flexible working hours to support global team.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Understanding of AWS environments and identity management platforms such as Okta.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to off-hours support schedules.
Prior experience in IT support using a issue ticketing system.
