Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a "Installation Manager" located in İstanbul. The main goal of this role is to manage installation projects on field in İstanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure WWJSSS pertaining to construction activities are being adhered to.

  • Implement and maintain all ISO 9000 procedures.

  • Regular check to installation quality.

  • Coordinate with main contractor, other subcontractors and owner for other works that affects lift installation quality.

  • Arrange for electrical power to be available for testing of lifts.

  • Check the installation to be in line with the construction drawing and technical specifications.

  • Ascertain the actual location of building and study details of the elevators and escalators.

  • Liaise with Main Contractor or Building Owner on delivery and storage of equipment and materials.

  • Ensure that the site structural dimensions correspond with that in the shop drawings.

  • Conduct regular site inspections on quality and safety issues.

  • Monitor progress of construction and plan schedule for installation.

  • Supervise all sub-contractors work at site. Ensure sub-contractors fulfil their work scope in a timely manner without defects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering disciplines.

  • At least 2 years similar experiences as an Installation Specialist.

  • Prior supervisory experiences to manage a team of Installation technicians.

  • Strong technical knowledge of installation works of elevators and escalators products.

  • Knowledge of ISO procedures.

  • Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera.

  • PMP Certificate is a plus.
