Honeywell Inside Sales Representative II-Remote in Colorado

As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for sensor solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will provide account plan execution, remote sales visit preparation, collaboration with the outside sales teams and channel partners, pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and closing. Your expertise in inside sales and your ability to effectively communicate and negotiate will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success. This role is remote and can be located anywhere in the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

  • Search for new customers and opportunities

  • Learn the products and applications

  • Maintain and provide reports through Salesforce

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 57k-77k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 57k-77k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business sales

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
