CAE, a global leader in aviation training and simulation, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Irving. In this pivotal role, you’ll align CAE Flight Services’ strategic objectives with those of our employees and management, while driving key HR initiatives like talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and performance management. As an HRBP, you will collaborate across global teams, provide operational support, and help implement change management strategies that support CAE’s growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of HR action plans, programs and projects to support Global Engineering's strategic objectives.
Act as a business partner in the identification of workforce issues (skills development, retention and motivation), the development and implementation of actions required to address operational challenges, and the development of leaders.
Coach managers in the management of their HR.
Participate in the implementation of change management plans and exercise influence over the various partners within CAE.
Provide recommendations to encourage employee engagement.
Advise managers' management teams with regard to HR programs, policies and procedures, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management and succession planning to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in the transformation of the organization within the scope of various continuous improvement projects.
Leads projects that are foundational and directly impacting supported group’s performance.
Roll out various corporate programs and initiatives within client groups.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, within a global and matrixed organization. Experience in the aviation, technology, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is a plus.
Proven experience leading change management initiatives with a strong understanding of organizational behavior and cultural transformation.
Expertise in coaching and developing leaders, with experience in succession planning and talent management.
Global HR Experience: Experience working in a global organization, managing diverse teams, and understanding multi-regional HR practices.
HR Systems: Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across business functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic HR guidance and make data-driven decisions.
Additional Information:
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid 3-4 days per week onsite required)
Travel: Occasional travel may be required, depending on business needs.
