Responsabilidades Generales

The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Advisor supports various People & Culture (P&C) units by analyzing business needs with respect to maximizing existing systems, recommending, and implementing solutions, and leading projects to meet crucial business‐linked goals. Provides advice as to how current HR processes can be maximized by leveraging the use of existing or potential acquisition of HR modules/platforms.

•Provides technical leadership to end-users in SAP and SuccessFactors incidents and initiatives.
•Leads and manages HR Technology projects including, but not limited to, system implementations/upgrades, data collection for the P&C process.
•Supports employees in the troubleshooting of the HR systems as required.
•Aids with issues referred or escalated to the systems area that require a second-level in-depth technical support, including evidence and documentation of "root-cause" analysis.
•Monitors the implementation of system updates or upgrade releases.
•Fosters change management processes by developing and maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring quality control during a project full implementation life cycle.
•Ensures system documentation is up to date and accurate.
•Develops training materials and trains P&C Division and business stakeholders, as necessary.
•Collaborates on the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes through system integration and interface development.
•Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to data and process integration.
•Conducts thorough testing and document results to ensure the quality and stability of integrations.
•Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors to support effective collaboration.
•Facilitates user-acceptance testing with P&C teams and performs tests as required.
•Supports team in completing special projects as required.
•Performs post-mortem analysis on system errors or incidents to ensure correction and avoid future recurrences.
•Supports end-users for on-going business processes such as file upload processes and maintenance routines for year-end or other recurring processes.
•Ensures execution of all key controls, including but not limited to, SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established internal controls and documents accordingly.
•Recommends HRIS Platform system enhancements as needed.
 

 

Educación y Experiencia Requerida

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related area.

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Human Resources systems and/or technologies and supporting HR areas (SAP & SuccessFactors). At least three (3) years of experience as a user of the SAP and SuccessFactors system. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration problems, quickly identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
 

 

Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridas

Knowledge of system integration and interface design, using tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP HCI, or API/REST and familiarity with integration standards such as IDoc, XML, SOAP, and OData. Experience in project coordination and systems implementations.
