We are seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team, primarily supporting our Business Development Business Leader and the FP&A Director. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our new product ventures. You will also collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Accounting and Finance, Program Management, Contracts, Pricing, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and communicate financial performance, plans, and targets at various organizational levels.

• Investigate and analyze monthly variances against forecasts, plans, and historical data.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.

• Collaborate with functional leaders and site financial teams to develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

• Engage with business leaders to assist in strategic planning and executing key initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with internal protocols and government regulations (FAR/CAS).

• Analyze all programs, understand root causes, and utilize FBS (continuous improvement) tools to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or similar field

• Prior experience in problem-solving

• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics skills

• 3 + Years of experience

Preferred requirements :

• Greater than 3 years of financial analysis experience.

• Experience with supply chain and working capital management.

• Government accounting knowledge

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $81,240 - $151,080. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
