Finance Manager

What you would do as our Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for directing the general accounting, and compliance functions of the Business Segment Industrial in Hunedoara facility. The position also provides managerial accounting support for factory management teams. The Finance Manager directly supervises the general accounting and Finance teams.

You would also:

  • Manage finance function in Hunedoara plant and lead the day to day financial analysis activities.

  • Establish and maintain controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, financial planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes.

  • Establish all general accounting policies to ensure compliance with ASSA ABLOY Accounting Guidelines and ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed timely and any issues resolved.

  • Control and manage all financial reporting (monthly,quaterly & yearly closing).

  • Own the yearly planning process & quarterly forecasting.

  • Assist factory management with the planning, preparation, and installation of annual budget and routine forecasts for total company and co-ordinate financial reporting for the factory.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has masters degree in Finance and has experience in Senior Finance management role.

  • Has strong controlling & accounting skills from a larger listed company, especially with experience from supply chain.

  • Is self-starter with high drive, energy and able to operate in a matrix organization

  • Is fluent in English and Romanian

  • Has good understanding of ERP systems and BI solutions. Familiarity with AX Dynamics is a plus.
